🔥 Core Stability & Abs Workout — Build a Stronger Core!

A strong core is about more than just visible abs. 💪 Your core helps support your posture, balance, stability, and control during everyday movements and workouts.

This routine combines controlled ab exercises with stability-focused movements to challenge your entire midsection. You can do this workout at home with minimal space and no complicated equipment.

Focus on slow, controlled repetitions, keep your core engaged, and prioritize proper form over speed. 🔥 🏋️ WORKOUT

1️⃣ Plank Hold a strong plank position while keeping your body in a straight line. Brace your abs and avoid letting your hips drop.

2️⃣ Bird-Dog Extend the opposite arm and leg while maintaining a stable torso. A great movement for balance, coordination, and core stability.

3️⃣ Dead Bug Keep your lower back controlled against the floor as you slowly extend the opposite arm and leg. Focus on keeping your core engaged.

4️⃣ Pelvic Tilts Gently tilt your pelvis while lying on your back to engage and control your abdominal and lower-core muscles.

5️⃣ Knee-to-Chest Bring one knee toward your chest while keeping your core engaged, then switch sides with controlled movement.

6️⃣ Side Plank Support your body on one side while keeping your hips lifted. This challenges your obliques and lateral core stability.

7️⃣ Leg Raises Raise and lower your legs with control while keeping your core tight. Avoid using momentum to complete the movement.

8️⃣ Superman Lift your arms and legs while lying face down to strengthen your posterior chain and improve overall trunk stability.

🔥 WORKOUT TIP: Start with a manageable number of reps or timed holds, rest briefly between exercises, and repeat the circuit for 2–3 rounds. Save this workout and come back to it whenever you want to train your core at home!

💪🔥 Strengthen. Stabilize. Sculpt your core.
