 2. SQUATS — 15 REPS Squats are excellent for strengthening the glutes, thighs, and legs. Keep your chest lifted, push your hips back, and drive through your feet as you stand.

 3. PLAN K — 30 SECONDS Hold a strong plank position while keeping your body straight from head to heels. Engage your core and avoid letting your hips drop.

 4. KNEE RAISES — 20 REPS EACH LEG Lift one knee toward your chest while maintaining an upright posture. Alternate legs and keep the movement controlled to work your core and lower body.

5. LUNGES — 15 REPS EACH LEG Step forward and lower your body until both knees are comfortably bent. Push through your front foot to return to the starting position, then switch legs.

 6. GLUTE BRIDGES — 15 REPS Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Drive your hips upward, squeeze your glutes at the top, then slowly lower back down.

 7. BICYCLE CRUNCHES — 20 REPS EACH SIDE Lie on your back and bring your opposite elbow toward your knee while extending the other leg. Alternate sides smoothly while keeping your core engaged.

 8. GLUTE BRIDGES — 15 REPS Repeat the glute bridge movement with a strong squeeze at the top. Focus on activating your glutes instead of using momentum.
