🔥 SLIM WAIST WORKOUT – 6 EXERCISES TO SHAPE YOUR WAIST

Want to work on your core, strengthen your lower body and create a stronger, more defined waist? 🔥 This workout combines six effective exercises that target your abs, obliques, glutes and legs while also getting your heart rate up.

You don’t need a complicated gym setup. You can perform most of these movements at home with simple equipment or just your bodyweight. Focus on controlled movements, proper form and consistent training rather than rushing through the exercises.

 1️⃣ GOBLET SQUAT — 3 × 15 REPS

Hold a dumbbell or kettlebell close to your chest. Keep your chest lifted and your core engaged as you lower your hips down and back. Push through your heels to return to the starting position. Goblet squats work your legs and glutes while also challenging your core to keep your body stable throughout the movement.

 2️⃣ KNEE RAISES — 45–60 SECONDS

Stand tall and lift one knee toward your chest, then alternate legs in a controlled rhythm. Keep your upper body stable and engage your core throughout the movement. This exercise increases your heart rate while challenging your abdominal muscles and improving coordination.

 3️⃣ SINGLE LEG BRIDGE — 3 × 10 REPS EACH LEG

Lie on your back with one knee bent and the opposite leg extended. Push through the heel of your planted foot and lift your hips while squeezing your glutes and keeping your core tight. Lower your hips slowly and repeat before switching legs.

 4️⃣ JUMPING JACK — 45–60 SECONDS

Start with your feet together and arms by your sides. Jump your feet outward while raising your arms overhead, then return to the starting position. Jumping jacks are a great cardio movement that can help increase your heart rate and burn calories while keeping your whole body active.

 5️⃣ BICYCLE CRUNCH — 3 × 15 REPS

Lie on your back with your hands behind your head. Bring one elbow toward the opposite knee while extending the other leg. Alternate sides in a controlled motion. Focus on rotating through your torso and engaging your abs rather than pulling on your neck.

 6️⃣ SPLIT SQUAT — 45–60 SECONDS

Step one foot forward and lower your back knee toward the floor. Keep your chest upright and push through your front heel to return to the starting position. Split squats strengthen your legs and glutes while challenging your balance and stability.

🔥 WHY THIS WORKOUT WORKS BURN CALORIES These movements can increase your heart rate and help you burn more calories during your workout.

TONE YOUR CORE Strengthening your abs and obliques can help build a stronger and more defined midsection. BUILD STRENGTH These exercises challenge your legs, glutes and core while improving strength, balance and stability.

BE CONSISTENT Consistency is one of the most important parts of making progress. Combine regular workouts with good nutrition, hydration, sleep and recovery.

💪 TIPS FOR BETTER RESULTS • Always warm up for 5–10 minutes before starting.
• Focus on proper form and controlled movements.
• Stay hydrated and fuel your body with nutritious foods.
• Get enough sleep and allow your body time to recover.
• Stay consistent and be patient with your progress.
• Increase the challenge gradually as you become stronger.

🔥 WORKOUT PLAN Complete 2–3 rounds of the workout. Rest 30–60 seconds between exercises or longer if you need it. Remember: exercises can strengthen and develop your core, but you cannot specifically burn fat only from the waist.

A combination of strength training, regular activity and a balanced diet is the best approach for reducing overall body fat and improving body composition.

A STRONG BODY STARTS WITH YOU!
